Job summary

STARBREAKER CORP is seeking a Training Specialist to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous growth through core training and orientations. You will design, develop, and deliver training programs, update materials, and coordinate with stores to align training with policies.

You will facilitate engaging sessions, prepare materials, and support new hires with a positive onboarding experience, while conducting refresher training for existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs training needs analysis to identify gaps and improve existing programs.
• Arrange or facilitate focus group discussions when necessary.
• Design, develop and update training programs, modules, and materials (PowerPoint, handouts, activities).
• Coordinate with departments to align training with store policies and practices across stores.
• Prepare materials and equipment before each training session for smooth facilitation.
• Plan and coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, resources, and venue reservations.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure trainees are endorsed after training.
• Facilitate training sessions using various methods to maintain trainee engagement.
• Provide onboarding support and refresher training to reinforce knowledge.
