Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking an HR Engagement Specialist to plan and execute activities that strengthen camaraderie and teamwork among employees in Metro Manila. The role involves coordinating with departments to boost productivity, building relations with leadership, and tracking events.

You will support HR functions such as documentation and liaising with external providers, while upholding policies and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM or related field.
• At least 1 year in HR handling Employee Engagement.
• Excellent English communication, written and oral.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work with a team and handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and organization.
• Able to Work From Home with reliable internet.

Responsabilités

• Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees to foster camaraderie and teamwork.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for productivity improvement.
• Build relationships with team leadership and staff.
• Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
• Support other HR functions including employee documentation and liaising with external providers.
• Follow team and client procedures, policies, and methodologies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary: PHP 25k - 35k / month

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
• Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources handling Employee Engagement.
• Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
