Job summary

H.I.S GLOBAL BUSINESS, INC. is seeking an HR Employee Engagement lead to design and evaluate programs that boost employee satisfaction, culture, and well-being within Makati offices.

You will manage pulse surveys, eNPS, internal communications, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs, collaborating with ER, Talent, Legal, and Operations to foster an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Workplace Wellness, or Internal Communications.
• Proficiency in Canva and digital content creation for internal newsletters, event collaterals, digital announcements, and recognition graphics.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks, eNPS benchmarking, event logistics, wellness programming, and Philippine labor standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, execution, and continuous evaluation of employee engagement strategies, workplace culture enhancement, and employee recognition programs.
• Oversees employee voice mechanisms, including company-wide climate assessments, employee pulse surveys, and eNPS tracking to drive data-informed workforce interventions.
• Directs internal communications and town hall logistics, ensuring timely and inspiring organizational messaging aligned with corporate values.
• Governs employee wellness, mental health initiatives, and work-life balance programs in partnership with safety and HR leadership.
• Drives peer-to-peer and manager-led rewards and recognition frameworks to elevate workforce morale and retention.
• Partners with HR Team Leaders (ER & Operations, Talent Acquisition, Legal) to cultivate an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace environment.
