• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by introducing the company's range of Employee Benefits insurance services to existing and new clients.
• Set up meetings and prepare sales presentations for potential clients.
• Engage in marketing activities to promote offerings.
• Design and customize policies to client needs.
• Conduct business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
