Job summary

Sunnies Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Area Manager to bridge store leadership and area operations. You will support day-to-day retail execution, oversee a small cluster of 3–6 stores when assigned, and help ensure sales performance, staffing, and compliance.

When not in stores, you will travel across the region to deliver functions such as training, audits, new store openings, or compliance checks, building toward a full Area Manager role.

Qualifications

• Two years of store-level retail experience with people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of store operations, sales execution, and SOPs.
• Willing to travel across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Support area operations, overseeing store clusters or region-wide assignments.
• Monitor store performance, staffing, compliance, and operational readiness across assigned stores.
• Deliver training, coaching, and refresher sessions to Brand Advisers and Eyewear Managers.
• Prepare and share store visit reports, audit summaries, and project updates with the Area Manager.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations and other teams to address store concerns and initiatives.
