Job summary

Eucalyptus, now part of Hims & Hers, is expanding its EMEA accounting function from the Philippines. You will be the most senior accountant in the region, working with the UK finance lead and global team.

This role requires aligning EMEA operations with APAC hours and leading critical build-out from scratch. You will own reconciliations, general ledger management, and bookings for EMEA entities, while mentoring the local team and ensuring scalable processes for new market launches across time

Qualifications

8+ years of accounting experience with progression to complex roles.
CPA or CA qualified.
Hands-on experience with reconciliations, ledger management and bookings.

Responsibilities

Own hands-on accounting for EMEA entities including reconciliations and journal entries.
Support setup and operations for new market launches.
Bridge time zones between APAC and EMEA; provide mentorship to Philippines-based team.
Build processes where none exist and improve as the business scales.
Collaborate with Senior Accounting and Financial Control teams in Australia and the UK.
