Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, retail buying, or similar roles.
• A degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component—business, finance, CS, engineering, or mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the setup / upload of new products in the shop system with proper descriptions.
• Track stock levels across all SKUs and identify products at risk of stockouts; support forecasting.
• Raise and manage Purchase Orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Verify accuracy of product listings and ensure consistency across the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to product listings, inventory discrepancies, or system errors.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issues.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams.
