Job summary

SuperStaff in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to respond to customers via email or chat, place orders, and provide product information. You will identify needs, upsell when possible, and build lasting relationships while meeting both personal and team targets.

This role is onsite at SM Clark or Makati with a 20,000 PHP base plus allowances. Evening and/or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in email support role is an advantage.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers in a timely and accurate way via email or chat.
• Place orders and provide product information or general order assistance.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
