Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a marketing campaign professional to manage and optimize email and SMS programs. You will build, test, schedule, and report on campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance.

Responsibilities include linking, CID management, segmentation, and regular reporting. Experience with Epsilon and analytics tools is highly valued, with strong attention to detail and execution required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion and ecommerce preferred.
• Proficiency with email platforms and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics for reporting and optimization.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data segmentation strategies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Insert links in emails based on inputs provided by the team, check links on all emails and schedule the emails.
• Set up email campaigns – input CID codes, subject line, preheader text.
• Responsible for all email reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling email content and CTAs.
• Build emails in Epsilon and visual editor - design layout and insert links basis inputs provided by creative services team.
• Own all segmentation.
• Partner with ECOM team on all email data & CIDs.
• Q/A / test all links for emails and schedule sends.
• Share reports on monthly top performing subject lines and weekly email data.
• Create SMS campaign plan basis previous years reports.
• Co-ordinate with E-Commerce Director for approval.
• Responsible for using history to plan SMS – not just last year but current / more recent data.
• Responsible for all prep work to plan out SMS sends and which segments they are being sent to as well as set up and scheduling of SMS.
• Share reports with ecommerce team as needed.
• Pull and share top performing SMS monthly.
