Job summary

IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Marketing Analyst (CRM)/Marketing Campaign Analyst to join its Mandaluyong-based team on a full-time onsite basis, with a night shift schedule.

You will analyze CRM data and campaign performance, build dashboards, conduct A/B tests, and support segmentation and campaign execution to drive customer engagement. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing analysis or direct marketing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data tools.
• Solid understanding of CRM systems and segmentation methodologies.
• Experience with campaign performance analysis and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM data and campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate multi-channel campaigns (email, social, digital).
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance, ROI, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis for campaigns and messaging.
• Collaborate on segmentation strategies and targeted campaign initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support campaign creation, audience identification, and list management.
• Identify process improvements to boost marketing efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Provide insights on customer behavior to inform strategy and engagement.
