Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Email Experience Manager to own the email program from production and design through QA, campaign management, and performance optimization.

This hands-on role combines email development, design, UX, and analytics; you will build and send daily emails, improve the design system, templates, workflows, and user experience while ensuring compatibility across major clients, including Outlook, and leveraging AI tools like Claude within the workflow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in email production, email development, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience building and/or designing professional email campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook rendering and email-specific development techniques (MSO, VML, table-based layouts, inline CSS, responsive emails, dark mode).
• Experience using email rendering and QA tools such as Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Strong understanding of email UX, design principles, and engagement best practices.
• Experience analyzing email performance and conducting A/B tests.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar within production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy daily newsletters, marketing emails, and campaign communications.
• Manage email production through the ReadyMembership platform or similar system.
• Develop and maintain responsive, cross-client HTML email templates.
• Ensure emails render correctly across major clients, especially Outlook.
• Use table-based layouts, MSO conditional comments, VML, and inline CSS for emails.
• Implement dark mode handling and cross-client compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to maintain brand and UX quality.
• Oversee QA testing and troubleshoot rendering issues before deployment.
• Use AI tools in the production workflow and maintain an AI context library.
