Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end email campaigns aligned with goals.
• Support Account Managers in timelines, assets, and deliverables.
• Develop and refine strategies to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Write and edit compelling email copy reflecting brand voice.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and audience targeting.
• Monitor metrics and translate data into improvements.
• Ensure testing, proofreading, QA before deployment.
