Job summary

Lifely, part of Efficient Living Group, is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist in the Philippines to elevate our email campaigns and flows using Klaviyo. You will design, implement, and optimize campaigns to engage customers and drive revenue across Lifely and Cushie Home.

You will collaborate with design and content teams to create on-brand templates, build welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement flows, and ensure regional content accuracy while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an email marketing role; experience in an eCommerce or retail environment is a plus.
• Expertise in Klaviyo and its features, including segmentation, automation, dynamic content blocks and reporting.
• A strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and analytics.
• Creative flair with experience crafting compelling and on-brand email copy, along with basic design skills using Figma or Canva.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate insights into actionable email marketing strategies.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and their integration with Klaviyo.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support sales, product launches, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
• Design and manage automation workflows in Klaviyo, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
• Segment audiences based on purchase history, browsing behaviour, and other data points to deliver personalized campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, designs, and content.
• Ensure content reflects the brand tone and is accurate for each region.
• Stay informed about trends in email marketing and e-commerce to keep strategies fresh.
