Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking a Digital Specialist to specialize in email marketing and automation, plus website content and digital catalog management. You will optimize campaigns, support local activity, and help members leverage marketing platforms.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign/HubSpot or Dotdigital, and strong analytics using GA4 and Looker Studio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 4+ years in digital marketing, especially email campaign management and automation.
• Experience with eCommerce CMS platforms such as Commerce Vision, Magento or Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of email segmentation, automated workflows and campaign optimization.
• Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio and Excel for analytics and reporting.
• Experience managing website promotions and digital catalogues.
• Canva skills; InDesign or Photoshop is a bonus.
• Strong project coordination and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize email campaigns, including segmentation and automated journeys.
• Coordinate email content and design, support local campaigns and platform troubleshooting.
• Manage eCommerce content: banners, promotions, catalogues, landing pages.
• Maintain digital catalogues and product feeds to boost conversions.
• Apply SEO best practices and perform website quality checks.
• Analyze performance with GA4, Looker Studio and Excel to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate national campaigns with Marketing, Merchandise, IT and suppliers.
• Support local marketing, platform onboarding and campaign activation.
• Assist with social media content and Canva-created assets.
