Job summary

CALCMENU Philippines Inc. is seeking an organized Email Marketing & Campaign Manager to plan and manage bulk email campaigns for our software products serving the food and hospitality industry.

You will create engaging content, manage lists, ensure compliance with data privacy laws, run A/B tests, monitor deliverability and performance, and report findings to Management, while collaborating with internal teams and external freelance specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
• Experience with bulk email tools.
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail.
• Familiar with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
• Knowledge of data privacy and anti-spam practices.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn or social media content is a plus.
• Knowledge of foodservice, hospitality or software industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, execute, and monitor bulk email marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging email content aligned with branding and campaign objectives.
• Manage email lists: collection, validation, segmentation, and preparation.
• Ensure campaigns are accurate, delivered on time, and compliant with data privacy regulations.
• Conduct quality checks before each campaign launch.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls to action, and other campaign elements.
• Monitor KPIs, including delivery, open, click-through, bounce, conversion, and unsubscribe rates.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and present recommendations to Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve deliverability, engagement, conversion, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with Management, internal support staff, other departments, and the Company's external freelance specialist.
• Assist with LinkedIn and other social media content preparation and posting.
• Perform other marketing-related duties that may reasonably be assigned by Management.
