Responsibilities

• Build and manage cold outreach campaigns for lead generation, personalization, follow-ups, and conversion optimization.
• Develop automated email workflows for outreach, lead nurturing, onboarding, follow-ups, and subscriber engagement.
• Create and manage branded emails, including newsletters, announcements, promotions, and subscriber campaigns.
• Test and optimize subject lines, messaging, personalization strategies, and campaign structures.
• Monitor email deliverability, domain health, inbox placement, and spam performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve workflows, segmentation, messaging, and email strategy.
• Set up and manage email automation workflows, triggers, customer tagging, and pipeline tracking.
• Support multi-domain email sending and campaign infrastructure setup.
• Monitor campaign analytics and optimize email copy and subject lines based on performance.
• Manage the campaign pipeline and provide optimization recommendations to the team.
• Support campaign testing in batches and monitor results based on clicks, quiz entries, and purchases.
• Work with CRM and email automation systems, including the existing GHL setup.
