Responsibilities

• Provide travel arrangements for hotel, flight, and ground transportation requests.
• Maintain communication with approved suppliers for booking assistance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and flexibility with selected hotels.
• Ensure that bookings align with company policies, budgets, and travel guidelines.
• Handle modifications and cancellations of travel bookings as needed.
• Input traveler details, trip data, and payment information into the system.
• Provide trip reminders to all travelers.
• Offer support in emergencies and find alternative solutions.
