Job summary
Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited in Manila is seeking a Senior Host, Business Development to lead daily Signature Counter operations and provide premium gaming floor hosting. You will serve as a front-line sales and customer service ambassador, delivering gracious, enthusiastic and personalized service to our premium guests.
The role focuses on locating and cultivating new premium players, strengthening relationships with existing high-value patrons, cross-selling casino products and resort
Qualifications
- Proven experience in VIP services or premium player fields.
- Experience in gaming marketing or events is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Philippines casino business model is an advantage.
- At least one year in sales or customer service, preferably in casino marketing.
Responsibilities
- Locate, identify, and develop new/existing premium players.
- Cultivate relationships with existing players and increase loyalty.
- Greet patrons and provide proactive service to meet needs.
- Maintain understanding and cross-sell casino products, promotions, and resort facilities.
- Participate in casino events and promotions targeting premium guests.
- Maintain and grow the guest database for management information.
- Achieve client quotas/targets/goals as assigned by the Company.
- Assist premium members with membership transactions, comps, and arrangements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
