Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Eligibility Specialist to manage the end-to-end eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts. The role includes enrollment setup, ongoing maintenance, and coordination with carriers, billing, and internal teams in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig City environment.

You will handle enrollment queues, verify documentation, and support seasonal quoting during peak periods. A detail-oriented, organized professional with insurance operations experience fits well.

Qualifications

• Experience in eligibility administration, enrollment processing, or benefits operations.
• Ability to manage multiple enrollment queues with accuracy.
• Familiarity with U.S.-based insurance brokerage or benefits firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full eligibility lifecycle for small group accounts from setup to terminations.
• Set up groups/members in systems and ensure accurate plan assignments.
• Update eligibility records across Employee Navigator and DataSource.
• Process day-to-day eligibility requests and QLE/mid-year changes.
• Maintain logs and conduct weekly eligibility/enrollment reporting.
• Assist with seasonal quoting during peak periods.
