Job summary

VTSA INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities from mobilization to turnover.

The role ensures safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with plans, specs, and client requirements. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, review technical drawings, monitor costs and progress, and prepare regular project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction project management, site engineering, or supervision.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or high-rise/Mep projects is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, plans and specifications.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD; scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Review plans, drawings, specs, contracts, and scope before implementation.
• Monitor schedules and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Conduct site inspections for compliance with drawings, quality, and safety.
