Job summary

VTSA International Inc. seeks a Project Manager in Pasig with 2–3 years in elevators, construction, or related fields. You will review contracts, develop execution plans, and coordinate across multiple teams to keep timelines and budgets on track.

You will ensure quality and safety readiness for Testing & Commissioning, maintain audit-ready files, and lead project teams with clear, structured communications to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–3 years of PM or coordination experience in elevators or construction.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, scope of work, and project drawings upon award.
• Develop and execute Project Execution Plans, monitor timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Installation, T&C teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Track billing milestones, monitor expenses, manage variations, and ensure cash flow.
• Ensure project quality, safety compliance, and readiness for Testing & Commissioning.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and submit project status reports.
• Lead project teams, foster accountability, structured communication, and continuous improvement.
