Job summary

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer - Mechanical in Metro Manila. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical projects, focusing on elevator and escalator systems, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, review drawings, and monitor progress to resolve technical and schedule issues. Travel to project sites within NCR and nearby provinces is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Preferably licensed Mechanical Engineer.
2–3 years of experience in mechanical project engineering, construction, MEP, or elevator and escalator installation.
Experience in the elevator/vertical transportation industry is an advantage.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specs, contracts.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee assigned mechanical projects from mobilization to project completion.
Review project drawings, technical specifications, contracts, and scope of work prior to implementation.
Supervise and monitor the installation of mechanical equipment and systems to ensure compliance with standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding schedules and technical concerns.
Monitor timelines, manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality.
