Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (from Qualifications).
• 1–3 years’ experience in Engineering sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in elevator, construction, or technical industry).
• Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand project requirements (advantage).
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and capable of fieldwork.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with industry stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct onsite visits and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads from developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
• Promote elevator and escalator products and services.
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Conduct regular client visits, site inspections, and project coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and industry partners
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
• Support sales team in achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth
• Ensure timely follow‑ups on inquiries, RFQs, and project bids
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client database and pipeline updates
• Coordinate with technical, engineering and other department for project requirements
