Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. in Meycauayan, Bulacan seeks an experienced Electronic Technician to support production and maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial electronics, PLC systems, and automated equipment for troubleshooting, repair, and calibration tasks. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, install and test equipment, and help upgrade machines while documenting work and ensuring adherence to electrical safety standards,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Background in electronics or mechatronics engineering.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and instrumentation.
• Hands-on soldering and circuit board repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic systems and automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, electrical control panels, and machine control systems.
• Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain electronic components and industrial equipment.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist in machine installation, testing, commissioning, and equipment upgrades.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to machine reliability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with established maintenance procedures and electrical safety standards, including LOTO.

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Electronic Technician to join our team.

We are seeking a technically skilled individual with experience in industrial electronics, PLC systems, and automated manufacturing equipment to support our production and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electronic systems and automated production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, sensors, instrumentation, electrical control panels, and machine control systems.
• Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain electronic components and industrial equipment.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist in machine installation, testing, commissioning, and equipment upgrades.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend improvements to machine reliability and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports.

Qualifications

• Background in Electronics Technology, Industrial Electronics, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting and programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, electronic circuits, and industrial instrumentation.
• Experience in electronic component testing, soldering, and circuit board repair is an advantage.
• Familiarity with calibration procedures and temperature and pressure control systems.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, megger testers, and clamp meters.
• Experience in injection molding is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
