Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across plant equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate has at least a college level in engineering and 1–2 years of related experience, with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus solid technical knowledge.

• Report maintenance issues and corrective actions.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
• Mechanical maintenance: pumps, motors, Spiral Conveyor, Cooling Tub.
• Electrical maintenance: processing and machine control panel, inverter, sensors, thermocouple, production lights.
• Facility maintenance: steam, water, air, and product pipelines.
• In-house calibration, if needed.
• Safekeep tools and devices assigned.
• Update maintenance records regularly.
• Ensure company policies are implemented.

• Report maintenance related issues are identify corrections and corrective actions
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance of plant equipment and facilities including:
• Mechanical - Processing (pump and motors), Spiral Conveyor and Cooling Tub
• Electrical - Processing and machine control panel, inverter, sensors, thermocouple and production lights.
• Facility - Steam, water, air and product pipe line.
• Performs in-house calibration, if needed
• Safe keeps tools and other device assigned
• Updates maintenance records regularly
• Ensures company policies are strictly implemented

Qualifications:

• At least college level preferably engineering courses (electronics, electrical, mechanical)
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field of work
• Must be analytical
• Good in communication and presentation skills
• Good problem-solving skills and creative approach for new ideas
• Good in technical knowledge
