Job description

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot vertical and horizontal packaging machines, preferably multi-lane types (Fuji, Kawashima, Bosch, Wolf, Packmate)
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and electro-pneumatic systems, including PLC, HMI, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and electrical circuits
• Read and interpret technical designs and wiring diagrams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure optimal machine performance to meet production targets
• Adhere to safety and quality standards
• Be flexible to work varying shifts and overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year technical course or technical vocational course such as Electrical, Electromechanical, or other related fields
• License as a Registered Master Electrician is a plus but not required
• Strong background in the operation and troubleshooting of vertical and horizontal packaging machines, preferably multi-lane types (Fuji, Kawashima, Bosch, Wolf, or Packmate)
• Relevant experience in PLC and HMI, pneumatics and electro-pneumatics technology, basic motor control and VFD, and sensor technology
• Knowledgeable in design, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical circuits
• Flexible to varying shifts and willing to render overtime work based on operational requirements
