Job summary

BizLink Speedy Pte. Ltd. seeks 20 experienced Assembly Technicians to join our Production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will interpret drawings, assemble racks, test, and troubleshoot while ensuring quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in electrical/electronics assembly, can read engineering drawings, and are comfortable using SAP/MES; proficiency with MS Office is a plus. Overtime may be required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in electrical/electronics assembly within manufacturing.
• Hands-on system rack assembly, product integration, and testing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• SAP and MES knowledge is an advantage; proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow assembly work instructions, diagrams, and specs.
• Perform rack assembly, integration, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support electrical/electronics assembly while ensuring quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to implement changes.
• Lead and guide production operators to meet targets.
• Maintain 5S, safety, and quality requirements in the workplace.
• Complete production records and inspection reports accurately.
• Keep work area clean and organized per company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

• Interpret and follow assembly work instructions, schematic diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

• Perform system rack assembly, integration, testing, and basic troubleshooting in accordance with established procedures.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.

• Support electrical and electronics assembly activities while ensuring product quality and workmanship.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to implement process improvements and engineering changes.

• Lead and guide production operators to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.

• Ensure compliance with 5S standards, workplace safety, and company quality requirements.

• Complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation accurately.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics assembly within a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience in system rack assembly, product integration, and testing.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, and assembly work instructions.

• Knowledge of SAP and MES systems is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Willing to work overtime when required.
