Job summary

Bestpak Packaging Solutions, Inc. invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize electrical systems in our production facility. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires a strong background in electrical circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and automation. You will drive energy efficiency efforts and help sustain reliable plant operations through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC programming, motor controls, and automation systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and reading technical diagrams.
• Familiarity with industry safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems and production equipment.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain electrical and automation systems and address issues.
• Manage upkeep of electrical infrastructure including PLCs and instrumentation.
• Conduct power quality analysis, load calculations, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and internal audits.
• Perform inspections and prepare maintenance reports; participate in root cause analyses.
• Document maintenance activities and supervise maintenance teams.
