Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a cost control professional to manage the financial and commercial aspects of construction projects.

You will handle cost estimation, tendering, budget monitoring, variations, and payment claims, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. Must have an electrical background and pre-tender knowledge; basic salary up to $4,800+ Bonus + AWS, with a 5‑day work week.

Responsibilities

• Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and timeframes before a project begins
• Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
• Track ongoing expenses, manage variations (changes in design or scope), and forecast financial outcomes
• Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments
• Identify commercial risks and help resolve contractual claims or disputes
• Visit site for checking when required
