Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works, review drawings and specs, and assist with BoQ preparation. You will support procurement, monitor progress, conduct site visits, and manage valuations and payments while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Applicants should have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering and 4–7 years of related experience, with strong MS Office and QS software

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4–7 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in projects with significant electrical works.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works

• Support procurement and subcontractor management activities
• Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and manage valuations and payments
• Maintain accurate project and commercial documentation

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 4 to 7 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in construction projects with significant electrical works
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration
• Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software
• Good communication and analytical skills
  Work Arrangement: Mondays - Fridays, Onsite
