Job summary

J-K Network Services is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Electrical Engineer to join its construction team onsite. The candidate will handle electrical quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQ preparation, coordinating with suppliers and project teams to ensure cost-effective delivery.

The ideal person has a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with a licensed status and at least 4 years of experience in electrical design and construction, plus knowledge of bidding software and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and licensed.
• At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Design & Construction.
• Proven work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
• Knowledge of construction estimating/bidding software

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Quality Surveyor Activities
• Responsible in Supervisory works.
• Prepare electrical quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and material quantities
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and project quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams
