• Three-year vocational or trade diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years of shipbuilding experience.
• Hands-on ability to interpret trade drawings.
• At least 2 years supervising teams.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
