Qualifications

• Graduate of a 3-year vocational or trade course; trade course advantage.
• At least 3 years in trade-specific shipbuilding; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong planning and organizing skills; computer literate (MS Office).
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities; works well under pressure.
