Job summary
San Miguel Global Power in the Philippines, Masinloc, is seeking an HVAC/Electrical Maintenance Technician responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
The ideal candidate holds a BS in Industrial Technology with HVAC specialization or a two-year technical course, has at least 2 years' HVAC experience, and is familiar with electrical diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
Qualifications
- BS Industrial Technology or equivalent HVAC-focused program
- 2+ years of HVAC experience
- Knowledge of electrical equipment operation
- Ability to evaluate performance/condition of electrical equipment
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO, Permit to Work)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills or willingness to learn
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Bani, Masinloc, Zambales
