Job summary

GHD Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Revit Modeler to join our hybrid team in Makati.

Draft, design and model across all project stages with AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP; deliver high-quality MEP designs on time and within budget; support BIM management plans and ensure LOD standards; familiarity with Navisworks and BIM360; work-friendly with hybrid setup in Makati, Cebu or Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting
• Proficient in drawing production of MEP using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in projects such as apartments, commercial offices, hotels, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficient with Revit, BIM360 and related tools
• Proficient in drawing production using Philippine and international design standards (USA, UK, UAE)

Responsibilities

• Draft, design and modelling across all project stages including concept, schematic, design development and contract documentation
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan

Who are we looking for?

We have a great opportunity for a Electrical Revit Modeler based in the Philippines.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drafting, design and modelling across all stages of the project including, concept design, schematic design, design development and contract documentation, demonstrating your knowledge of technical and design principles
• Deliver high quality technical MEP design within scope, time frame and budget
• Assist the design on projects by completing the BIM management plan
• Maintain the standards and guidelines for all discipline models with regards to LOD and interaction with the central model

What you will bring to the team:

• 3 year of relevant experience, where performance has met/exceeded expectation and preferably working in the consulting industry
• Proficient in the drawing production of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, hydraulics, and fire protection services using AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP
• Experienced in various types of projects such as apartments (low, - mid-, and high-rise), commercial office buildings (shell & core, and fit out), hotels, shopping malls, retail, hospitals, and industrial facilities
• Proficient with Navisworks is preferred but not essential
• Proficiency in Revit, BIM360, and related tools
• Proficient in the drawing production using Philippine and international design standards such as USA, UK, and UAE.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (office‑based and work‑from‑home)

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Cebu, or Quezon City, depending on your home base/location.
