Job summary

RLG Electro Mechanical Trading Corp is urgently seeking qualified BIM Modelers for our CP-S-07 MEPFS project in Laguna. The ideal candidates are graduates in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years BIM/Revit MEP experience and strong knowledge of power, lighting, and HVAC systems.

You will develop coordinated construction models to LOD 350/400, prepare field-verified LOD 500 as-built models, perform clash detection, and produce shop drawings.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• 2–4 years BIM/Revit MEP experience.
• Experience with power, lighting, HVAC, and MEP services.
• Familiar with LOD 350/400 and LOD 500 as-built models.
• Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.

URGENT HIRING: BIM MODELERS

RLG Electro Mechanical Trading Corp. is urgently looking for qualified BIM professionals for our CP-S-07 MEPFS Project in Laguna.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related technical course.
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant BIM/Revit MEP experience
• Experience in power, lighting, auxiliary systems, cable trays, conduits, panels and feeder routing
• Experience in HVAC/VRF, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection and wastewater piping
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage and AutoCAD
• Capable of developing coordinated construction models to LOD 350/400
• Experienced in preparing field-verified LOD 500 as-built models
• Knowledgeable in clash detection, clash resolution and multidisciplinary MEPFS coordination
• Can prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, details, schedules and as-built drawings
• Can understand IFC drawings, technical specifications and consultant comments
• Familiar with Revit work sharing, model revisions and BIM documentation
• At least one completed building or infrastructure project is highly preferred
• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cabuyao, Laguna
• Can start immediately
