The BIM Specialist (Electrical) is a full-time role responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining electrical BIM models for complex building projects. This hybrid position is based in Makati, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating detailed electrical layouts in BIM software, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (including MEP and architectural stakeholders), and ensuring models comply with project standards and client requirements. The BIM Specialist will review and integrate submittals into models, support clash detection and resolution, and prepare documentation and model exports for design reviews and construction.
