Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Ten years of electrical experience with five years in supervision.
• Knowledge of electrical principles, high-voltage safety, and heavy industry processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes electrical maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment reliability and KPI alignment.
• Leads day-to-day electrical operations including preventive/corrective maintenance and substation management.
• Manages section budget (OPEX and CAPEX) and ensures safety, quality, and maintenance standards.

• Oversees plant electrical energy management, monitoring consumption and energy-saving initiatives.

Job description

The Electrical Maintenance Manager manages overall performance of the Electrical Maintenance team and site electrical maintenance strategies to ensure safe, reliable, efficient, timely, and cost-effective operations in full compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes electrical maintenance strategies to ensure high equipment reliability, plant availability, and alignment with KPIs and operational goals.
• Leads day-to-day electrical operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance, powerhouse and substation management, breakdown resolution, and third-party services.
• Manages section budget (OPEX and CAPEX), controls costs, oversees critical spares and asset systems, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Drives continuous improvement through root cause analysis, performance monitoring, backlog management, and maintenance system optimization.
• Oversees plant electrical energy management, including consumption monitoring, power quality, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Leads and develops the electrical team through performance management, training, and succession planning.

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Electrical or BS Electronics & Communications Engineering course
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Preferably a Professional Electrical Engineer
• Must have ten (10) years experience handling Electrical functions, five (5) years of which handling supervisory function
• Must have knowledge on electrical principles and practices, including troubleshooting, high-level electrical safety (especially high-voltage applications), and preferably cement manufacturing processes.
• Must have experience in a heavy industry.
