Roadsky Manufacturer and Builder Corp. is seeking an Electrical and Mechanical Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service mechanical and electrical systems on customer equipment, vehicles, or machinery.
You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose faults, repair components, and test systems to ensure proper operation, while supporting aftersales and field service activities.
The Electrical and Mechanical Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing mechanical and electrical systems of customer equipment, vehicles, or machinery. The role supports aftersales operations by ensuring high-quality technical service, minimizing equipment downtime, and maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting and repair activities.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
Diagnose faults using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and technical manuals.
Repair or replace defective mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components.
Conduct system testing and commissioning after repairs to ensure proper operation.
Perform warranty and non-warranty repair work according to company procedures.
Respond to customer service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to customers regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
Assist in resolving customer complaints related to technical performance.
Support field service activities and on-site repairs when required.
Complete service reports, inspection checklists, and repair documentation accurately.
Record parts used, labor hours, and repair activities in the service management system.
Maintain service records and warranty claim documentation.
Follow company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service areas.
Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
Identify and request spare parts required for repairs.
Assist in monitoring parts inventory and stock levels.
Ensure proper handling and storage of spare parts and materials.
Diploma, Technical Certificate, or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, or aftersales service.
Experience with diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
