Job summary

Multico Prime Power, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician in Laguna to perform repair and maintenance on MHE IC and Electric units, execute workshop repairs, and complete service reports after every activity.

The role requires understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with opportunities to work on preventive maintenance programs. You will develop PMS schedules, assist in HE operations, document parts used and hours, and maintain a safe, orderly

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical Vocational Course or Associate Degree in Electromechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Preferably with TESDA NC II in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Mechatronics Servicing, Industrial Automation, RAC Servicing, or related certifications.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance on MHE IC and Electric units.
• Accomplish Service reports for every repair/PM activity.
• Execute Workshop repair schedule.
• Recommend spare parts for fast-moving items for MHE repair & maintenance.
• Delivery schedules, documentation & operation orientation on MHE products.
• Renders OT as needed, out of town MHE servicing as required.
• Assist in HE operations, repair & servicing.
• Maintain cleanliness & safety in workshop.
• Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) on all new machines.
• Record keeping of all PDI’s, PMS, maintenance and repair works performed.
• Document parts used and work hours for records and billing.
• Diagnostic work to troubleshoot issues on the FLT and HE.
• Develops and follows Preventive Maintenance Servicing schedule (PMS).

Job description

  • Electromechanical Technology-related certifications

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair is an advantage.
