Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking an EHR Implementation Specialist to ensure successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers. The role is onsite in Cebu City with a night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems while building strong customer relationships. A healthcare-related bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Position Overview:

As an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers.

Work Schedule and Arrangement:

10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location

: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Handle client interactions professionally, patiently, and courteously.
• Troubleshoot basic system or workflow concerns and provide appropriate workarounds when possible.
• Research, document, and escal**e** unresolved issues to the appropriate team or level of support.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience.
• Stay updated on the EHR system, new features, and processes to provide accurate support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent college degree, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related course.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new systems, processes, and information.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult client situations.
• Willingness and ability to commit to the role for at least two (2) years.
• Previous experience handling calls, customer interactions, or training is an advantage but not required.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
