Job summary

MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking an EHR Implementation Specialist to ensure successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers. The role is onsite in Cebu City with a night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems while building strong customer relationships. A healthcare-related bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a medical/healthcare-related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, patient approach with clients.
• Willingness to commit to the role for at least two years.
• Experience handling calls or customer interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear solutions.
• Manage client interactions professionally and courteously.
• Troubleshoot basic system/workflow issues and offer workarounds.
• Research and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Build positive client relationships and ensure a good experience.
• Stay updated on the EHR system and new features.
