Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, onsite night shift, is seeking an EEO Investigative Aide I. You will support investigators by creating case folders, maintaining the document index, entering milestones in trackers, and preparing approved template correspondence for review.

Additionally, you will schedule interviews, organize PDFs, track affidavits and exhibits, safeguard PII, and ensure accuracy against a checklist.

Qualifications

• Strong ownership, detail orientation, and reliable follow-through.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end processes from start to finish.
• Excellent organizational skills and robust document tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; coordinates schedules and procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and security.

Responsibilities

• Create case folders and maintain the document index.
• Enter milestones, assignments, contacts, and dates in trackers.
• Prepare approved template correspondence for investigator review.
• Schedule interviews and meetings, confirm attendance, and maintain contacts.
• Organize PDFs, paginate, bookmark, and perform basic checks.
• Track affidavits, exhibits, and document requests; flag delinquencies.
• Assemble draft exhibit folders and proofread against a checklist.
• Safeguard PII and case information per security requirements.
