Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Legal Assistant for an onsite night-shift role in Eastwood, Quezon City. The position supports investigators by handling affidavits, exhibits, and case files with a strong focus on confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include witness tracking, affidavit preparation, TOC maintenance, and timely ROI submissions. The role emphasizes quality control, administrative support, and collaboration within a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and tracking witnesses for each accepted claim.
• Prepare, format, and send out affidavit templates; follow up to ensure timely return of signed affidavits.
• Organize and label exhibits in compliance with EEO case formatting standards (e.g., 1-A, 1-B).
• Support the Investigator in reviewing affidavits for completeness and consistency.
• Maintain and update the Table of Contents (TOC) for each case file; ensure files are arranged in chronological order.
• Track deadlines and deliverable schedules to support the timely submission of the Report of Investigation (ROI).
• Assist in performing quality control and preparing investigative files for final submission.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols in handling sensitive case information.
• Perform other administrative or research-related tasks as assigned by the Investigator or Team Manager.
