• Provide platform support for LMS; troubleshoot login, missing courses, broken content links.
• Deliver training through hands-on workshops and create asynchronous video tutorials for faculty and students.
• Assist EdTech Manager with rollout, testing, and gathering feedback on new classroom technologies.
• Generate usage reports on LMS engagement, course publication rates, and student metrics.
