• Collaborates with SMEs to keep content current.
• Reviews and prepares training resources for delivery.
• Analyzes training feedback from participants.
• Runs train-the-trainers sessions as needed.
• Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports.
• Guides other trainers and assigns tasks.
• Creates online courses in the LMS.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with policies and standards.
