• Platform Support: Troubleshoot and resolve daily issues regarding the LMS (e.g., login issues, missing courses, broken content links).

• Assist the EdTech Manager in rolling out, testing, and gathering feedback on new classroom technologies.
• Reporting: Extract and format data on LMS usage, course publication rates, and student engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Educational Technology, or related.

Experience: 2–4 years in LMS support or instructional technology assistance.

Certifications

Preferred: LMS Administrator certification (e.g., Canvas, Moodle).
