Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ is seeking an Education Administration Specialist II to support training programs and the customer experience. You will respond to inquiries, manage training registrations, gather participant details, and help ensure training orders are processed accurately.

You will collaborate with global training managers and cross-functional teams, building strong stakeholder relations while delivering reliable business system updates and reporting support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent.
• 1-year related experience in Training Administration, Business Reporting, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Basic MS Office Application – Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Responding to general inquiries and requests from calls, emails, and chats.
• Administering and monitoring training schedule, registration, and attendance in business systems.
• Obtaining participant details from global training managers and addressing concerns related to training.
• Gathering, analyzing, and clarifying customer requirements with project owners.
• Generating, uploading and entering training orders in the business system.
• Coordinating with other teams to fulfill training order requests.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication Arts, English, or equivalent
