Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, seeks a Specialist II Instructional Design to collaborate with SMEs, develop learning content, and support learning management systems within Commercial Excellence initiatives. You will coordinate with SMEs to create courses, update training materials, and build storyboards and content across modalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1-year related experience in training administration, curriculum development, LMS, business reporting, customer service, or marketing
• Basic knowledge on e-learning content development and LMS
• Basic MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SMEs to develop learning content and assessments
• Compile, arrange and update training materials and curriculum
• Develop materials for courses based on SME inputs to create coursework
• Correct and update LMS/e-learning modules and escalate issues as needed
• Participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and concepts for stakeholders
• Create content for multiple learning modalities (ILT, webinars, video, etc.)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop learning content and assessment materials.
• To compile, arrange and update training materials and training curriculum.
• To develop materials for courses based on information provided by subject matter experts and instructors to create the best coursework possible.
• To correct and update e-learning modules issues/ problems encountered by users and escalates to developers when necessary.
• To participate in developing storyboards, scripts, and suggest overall concepts to stakeholders.
• To create content for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.).

For This Role, You Will Need:
