Job summary

Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ in Manila is seeking a Specialist II Global RMA to ensure timely processing of return requests and support replacement order activities for non-conforming products.

You will collaborate with customers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners to enhance customer experience and drive efficient returns operations, while adhering to policy guidelines and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• 2.5 years of relevant experience in customer service and order management.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and email management tools.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review return requests and determine eligibility based on return policies.
• Process or reject return-for-credit requests within turnaround times.
• Analyze customer inquiries, investigate issues, and provide return dispositions.
• Perform outbound calls to customers or Sales Reps to gather information.
• Coordinate with functional teams to resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Review RMAs submitted in portal and ensure proper resolution.
• Support team operations through backup responsibilities and workload sharing.
